So Halloween is the time of the year when parents and their children go door to door saying trick or treat to get candy. In today’s society you will now see dogs standing with their family as they go trick or treating. Since your dog is already with you why not dress him up too? There are festivals that people dress their animals up for contests or just to have fun.
There are tons of ideas for dog costumes, but most people prefer the easy and free ones. You can find simple things laying around the house to help make your furry friend his costume. Even if all you can find is a hat you can put a Velcro strip on it using staple or you can sew it on. Of course if you haven’t taught your dog to wear the hat he may not like it and will keep knocking it off his head with his paw.
For instance if you child is dressed up to be a nurse or a nanny, you could make your small dog into a baby. Your nurse or nanny child could carry them around wrapped up in a blanket or push them around in the stroller. There are so many things you can dress your dog up to be on Halloween. Let your imagination take control here, if you can think of it you can do it. So get your brain going and find a way to come up with a costume and include your pet in your family night at Halloween.
